Seaside Promenade & Marina
With 1km of waterfront and over 2.8km of meandering seaside walkway, the Bekkeri Quarter opens up the Western coast of Kopli to the public for the first time in over 100 years. Continuing its maritime heritage, berths for over 100 pleasure craft are available for long and short-term lease.
The Slip
Built in 1914 to launch destroyers and other military vessels, the slip will house the cultural heart of the district. Come to eat, drink and relax.
Living Quarters
Join a growing community in North-Tallinn. With a mixture of topologies, designs and densities there is a place for everyone. Enjoy the calm of the coast or move inland to towards the centre of the action.
Commercial Centre
